Fun with Die cuts Thrusday

This past week-end I was playing with my Cricut Expression and cut out several bird cages,  Here is a simple card that I made with one of the cages.  The cartridge that I used was Bloom, which I found at Walmart for $25.  The borders are Die-namics from My Favorite Things they have a few cute dies and they run through most manual die cutting machines, but I used my Grand Caliber from Spellbinders.  Thought I would enter this card in Simply Scrapping CAS  challenge, the theme is scallops!

So what Die cutting machines do you have?  Or what are your favorite dies?  I will have a random drawing of die cuts from my various machines, which I have 4, for those who respond.  Yes you heard me 4!!  Cricut Expressions, Grand Caliber, Cuttlebug and Slice.  I'm a girl that wants to die with the most toys!

Speaking of toys...here is the BIG purchase that I bought Tuesday night.  A 7 passenger SUV.  Oh I just love my husband, he is so good to me.
It looks small is this picture, but it just barely fits in the garage!  I have chalk lines that I have to park between.

See you tomorrow. - Judy

  1. Wow, Judy! Thanks for the chance to win some die cuts. I have a Big Shot. I have a couple of dies for it, but I mostly use it for embossing, which is great. For Christmas, I got a Cricut Expression - I am totally in love with it. I only have the 2 cartridges that came with it(Cricut Class Font and Playtime), but I'm having a ton of fun slowly learning how to use it. I'm going to look for the Bloom cartridge because I love that birdcage! I'd like to hear more about which cartridges you like best so I can check them out. I can't even imagine having so many die cut machines :)

Your card is very nice and so is your new car!
