A sweet Cupcake...

Here is my 2nd attempt at coloring a Magnolia stamp, Cupcake Tilda Cowberry Muffin.  When I look at her I think of my daughter, Jessi, my sweet cupcake pusher!  She loves to bake and just yesterday we were talking about making cupcakes.  Jessi is the other reason why I colored Tilda in blue & lime green two of her favorite colors.

On this Tilda I tried a new technique, well new to me, the outside shading with W-1, E50 & E51.  I got the technique from the Magnolia Ink Magazine - Silent Night 2009.  Theie magazine is full of great ideas.

Here is a close up, but when I do that I see the mistakes.  I keep pushing myself to learn more and I'm enrolling in the Copic certification class and hope to learn more.  I'll be back with the Copic marker colors in a little bit.

Enjoy something sweet ad savor the moment!

Copics used: B000, B00, YG00, YG03, R81, R83, E000, E30, E50, E51, E53, E57, W1, W3, 0

  3. She is colored gorgeously. The DP you pick is pretty too that made it a delightful card. Watch out, you are going to get addictive to the Magnolia stamps like me,
