Folded Flower tutorial

Hi it’s Judy, bringing you the flower tutorial. I’m going to show you a cute and easy way to make ruffled flowers for you cards and scrapbook layouts.

First you will need to punch out 4 patterned paper circles and 1 cardstock circle. I chose to use a scalloped Nestability die circle, but use whatever you have.

Second you will fold your circle in half and then in half again
Next you will need to glue your petals to the cardstock circle
This will create a flower

At this point you can choose to place a button or a brad in the center; I chose a fancy brad that I had in my stash.

As you see I scrunched up the edges to give the flower a little more dimension. I did a few others just to see size and colors.

Now all that is left is adding it to a card…(yesterday's card, next post).

I hope you enjoyed this super fast tutorial on how to make a super simple flower. See you next week! - Judy
