Today is a fun sketch challenge over on Simply Scrapping Crafts Copic Board.  I designed a fun card sketch and would love to see you join our copic group.  The group has two Copic coloring videos a month and two challenges for you to practice the techniques.

Whew! What a week-end,,,

I have two things to post today.  First I want to share the new Copic challenge on Simply Scrapping Crafts.  This week I was to design a challenge where you color on fabric.  This is actually alot of fun!  Here is my tote bag.

This could make a little gift a little something more by personalizing it.  The stamp set is  a retired CTMH stamp set, but I still think it is the cutest.  I used one of those $1 tote bags that you can get at Micheal's or Joann's, not sure where I got it found it in my purge box.  Right now I'm trying to use up what supplies I do have before movers come in to pack.

When you are coloring on fabric remember that it is much harder to get a shaded look.  I found that if you use lighter colors first in a feathering motion works the best if you want shading.  Also another tip is not to color all the way up to the stamped line because the ink will spread a little.

It's a Copic morning

Today is a card that I did for a Copic group on Simply Scrapping Crafts.  they have asked me to help out on there challenges every other week - so awesome!  Lisa Futch, a very talented lady, teaches two Copic lessons a month and they are great!  Go checkout this week's challenge at SSC!!

This card challenge this week is to color in black practcing your lightsource.  We would love to see what you can do. (I'll add my Copic colors in a little bit when I can find that post it note!)
