Anya looking fro Spring

Life is like a rainbow.  You need both the sun and the rain to make its colors appear.

Here's is a spring car and I LOVE the paper pack - My Eye's Mind, Love Me Do. I paper peiced Anya, which I wish I could get an picture of that (I'll try in a little bit), then I applied Diamond Glaze over her rain boots to make them shine and made those fabulous scrunchy flowers again.

I hope you have a wonderful Easter! - Judy

Raise the Bar challenge

Last week I WON the challenge at Raise the Bar challenge blog.  I was so surprised!!  But the winner was asked to be a guest designer for this week.  What an honor.  There are some awesome girls on the team and those who participate in the challenges too.
This week the theme is to honor this great celebration in March, use a BOOK somewhere in your card/project and commemorate all of our achievments in our lives.
I chose to do a card with an Elizabeth Bell image, I just thought it was precious.

So join in on this challenge...HERE.

Three little birds sitting on a limb...looking for a party!

This image is from Designed 2 Delight, and if you jump into their challenge you will get next weeks image for FREE!  But I am also entering this card into the Rasie the Bar challenge too.  They are looking for things in three - 3 birds!!  Go check out their challenge too.

FSS Challenge anyone?

Monday is a great day to start your week with a challenge.  Fred She Said has a monthly challenge and gives lots of goodies away if you play!  The challenge blog is HERE.  The challenge is to make a card/project with at least 3 hearts on it.  I chose to do a picture frame with my favorite picture of my mom.  Here she is 16yo. Don't you love those colorized photos?  I was going to convert the photo to B&W but chose to keep it in its orginal state.

So do you like these pansies?  Purple was mom's favorite color and she loved pansies & bagonias, spelling off there!!  Well I chose to used FSS pre-colored pansies.  Yes, you heard me.  A project with out stamping or coloring.  Here's the card in two colors.
If you want to see the images bigger just click on the photo.
I left the sentiments off because I wasn't sure how I want to use them.

So go check out the FSS challenge blog...HERE and join in.
I'm entering in two challenges for fun!
